A gadget is a small technological object that has a particular function, but is often thought of as a novelty. When it comes to gadgets, you are only as good as your next innovation. 2008 is long gone, and there is no reason to look back on the now-ancient technology from that era when there are so many hype-worthy and downright cool innovations on tap for 2009.



At first glance, its build looks rather dull and the sharp angles result in a boxy look but this is a smartphone with a lot of surprises, It is a pint-sized power plant that is location aware, speech recognizing and multi tasking phone. It can connect at breakneck speed.

Color support is generous and the resolution is rich which makes its display bright and brilliant with vibrant colors and sharp graphics.

Gone is the time when one had to worry about storing heaps of books, the Nook is a Great all-around ebook reader. The device was released November 30, 2009.

The thing that makes it special is its two screens: one e-ink for reading books, one touch LCD for navigating and buying books.

Right now many books aren’t available on the nook that’s due to a complex set of rights issues, publisher contrariness, and maybe even author reluctance. Maybe some of this will go away as the popularity of e-books grows.
