Yeah, I'm with the others...there's a difference between PROFESSIONAL photoshopping and whatever this is.
Most of the 'after' pictures only succeed in making the subject look more like a ghost.
And whoever Emma Stone is...what has the 'shopper got against her?! She looks like some freaky alien trying to pass as human in the shopped picture. I can't look at those eyes too long, I'm scared lasers will shoot out of them.
And the Dakota Fanning one...what was the actual point in the change...? All it did was make her inexplicably red-headed (and red-eyed...yeah, shopper, remember that when you change the tint of the ENTIRE photo, it WILL make the eyes change as well....making her look like a devil-child).

Nice to learn what you should do and don't do. Many of the once on the left are perfectly photoshoped while the once on the right are taken far over the edge.

That was a really poor attempt at Photoshopping photos. By the way, why would you try to Photoshop photos that are ALREADY Photoshopped and published?

Most of these before and after pics are done by kids who pirated Photoshop and doesn't have the slightest clue about professional airbrushing, obviously.

Some great retouching work displayed, but I must say in a few cases they actually looked more beautiful before. People don`t realise but most photographs in the print media have been manipulated.
